Cancellation

 

* We accept order cancellations before products are shipped.

 

How do I return or exchange?

* Orders can be returned within 30 days after delivery. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the return steps for the items you wish to exchange and submit a new order for your new items.

 

* We will gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, in sellable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

 

* Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and any customs duty associated with the return parcel. (Please note, for customs duty collected upon delivery, the amount will be subtracted from the final refunds.)

 

* Please leave a note in the package with your order number and the reason for returns.

 

* Make sure to email us the tracking number once it’s shipped. (Please note, our site is not responsible for any lost returns.)

 

How can I make a change to my order/address before it’s shipped?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like to update the style/color/size or shipping address, please contact us with the new info before the parcel is shipped.

When will I receive my refund?

* Please allow up to 10 days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
